NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-06491-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY DAVIS; VANESSA DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17, 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK 103, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
