NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-002336-ES of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Huntington Ridge Town Homes Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and STEVE MELLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVE MELLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS (MERS); DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 81, HUNTINGTON RIDGE TOWN HOMES, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 50, Pages 33 through 39, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. the street address of which is: 2110 Park Crescent Drive .
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
