NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 12, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-005443 WS, DIVISION: J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY HOME LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and ROSEMARIE WENZEL; ET AL., are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the September 7, 2011 on www.pascorealforeclose.com , on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
