NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27 2010 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 7/29, 2011 entered in Case No. 2010-CC-4420 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein burgundy unit two association, inc. is Plaintiff, and harold e. rohman and jpmorgan chase bank, n.a. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 308, BURGUNDY, UNIT TWO, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 962, Page 347, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 181 through 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 4508 3rd St Cir W #308 Bradenton, FL 34207.
