NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 1, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000503 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2006-2, Plaintiff and Kimberly S. Brockschink are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on September 6, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 92 RIVERWALK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE F, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 120 THROUGH 125, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
