NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 25, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007692 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US Bank, National Association as Trustee for jpm alt 2006-a1, Plaintiff and Steven L. Dornbos a/k/a Steven Dornbos and Marlene Dornbos, Husband and Wife and Ronald Bloom are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 142, covered bridge estates phase 6A & 6b, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 41, page(S) 7 thru 14, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
