Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-021825 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein FLORIDA BANK f/k/a BANK OF ST. PETERSBURG, a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and RCL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Borrower”), SOUTHERN HILLS PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation (“Southern Hills”), STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, a State government entity (“Department of Revenue”), FIRST CITRUS BANK, a Florida corporation (“Citrus Bank”), HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF EMERALD POINTE, INC., a Florida corporation (“Emerald Pointe”), CYBERCAST, INC., a Florida corporation (“Cybercast”), and all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against any defendant named herein, are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at public sale on September 16, 2011, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lot 4, EMERALD POINTE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 1 through 3 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

The following described personal property in which Defendants now or at any time hereafter have any interest:
All equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property attached or affixed to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
IF YOU ARE A person claiming A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER the sale, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER SIXTY (60) DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
