NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 26th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011666, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and GLENDA J FELLOWS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLENDA J. FELLOWS; UNKNOWN PERSON #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN PERSON #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 209 OF NO. 1, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 491, PAGES 100 THROUGH 171, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
