Unit No. C-102, THE ESTUARIES, Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1470, Page 5511, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 152 through 161, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of September, 2011 VIA the INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
