NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, WOODLAND PARK ON PALMA SOLA BAY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 1 through 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of August, 2011 VIA the INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
