YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, LNV CORPORATION, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Unit S-7, PALMETTO WAREHOUSE, a Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2034, Page 4120; as supplemented and amended by documents recorded in Official Records Book 2138, Page 4376; and Official Records Book 2138, Page 4377, as amended; and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, Page 187; as amended by Condominium Book 37, Page 13 as amended, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Deborah H. Oliver, Esquire, Adams and Reese LLP, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 4000 Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either beofre service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
