NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2007-CA-007240 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein citibank, n.a., as trustee for the holders of bear stearns alt-a trust, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-4 is Plaintiff, and stephen r. bryant, jr a/k/a stephen r. bryant, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 46, wellesley acres, as per plat thereof recorded in book 2, page 102-1/2, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
