Book 2185, Page 7889, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 36, Pages 103-118, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with Parking Garage Number 1, Parking Space Numbers 1-17 and 1-18 and Storage Space Number S-303, each as a Limited Common Element appurtenant to the above-referenced Condominium Unit.
