Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 26, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-3136, HIDDEN HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM F/K/A HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 623, PAGE 2, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 980, PAGE 2930, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1008, PAGE 2698, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1011, PAGE 3149 AND 1015, PAGE 61 AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 33 THROUGH 41 AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 56, ALL AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4428 SANDNER DRIVE UNIT#B-3136 , SARASOTA, FL 34243; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on SEPTEMBER 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
