Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-010577 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein first horizon home loans, a division of first tennessee bank national association is the Plaintiff and , sandra celico; and unknown spouse of sandra celico n/k/a michael pion; and coast bank of florida the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 548, 549 & 550, palmetto point sub, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, page 124, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
