Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-010295 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein first horizon home loans, a division of first tennessee bank national association is the Plaintiff and , darryl b. moore; and unknown spouse of darryl b. moore are the Defendants, the clerk shall will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
the east 15 feet of lot 4, lot 5 and the west 19 feet of lot 6, resubdivision of lots 1-2-3&4, block 12, of pelots addition to city of manatee, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 3, page 24, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
