NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 16, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-007184 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Seng Kemkhorn Yan, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 16th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 34, of covered bridge estates phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 36, page 41, of the public records of manatee county, flordia.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
