Lot 28, HAMPTON TERRACE AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 42 through 48, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
