Notice is give that pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on May 10, 2011, in Case No.: 2010-CA-7012, of the Circuit Court, in and for Collier County, Florida, in which M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and JOHN SROKA, individually, and WIESLAWA SROKA, individually, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112, First Floor at 11:00 a.m., on September 8, 2011, the following described property, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 16, Block 77 of MARCO BEACH UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 17 through 24, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
