BENZA, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants.
Current Residence Unknown, but whose last known address was; 3415 Boca Ciega Drive, Naples, FL 34112.
You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in COLLIER County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, OF LAKEWOOD UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 22, NKA LAKEWOOD VILLAS IV, UNIT E1, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 698, PAGE 994, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA (BEING THE SAME LANDS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN LAKEWOOD VILLAS WARRANTY DEED DATED AUGUST 3, 1978, AND RECORDED ON OCTOBER 13, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 776, PAGE 1947, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
