notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-6342-CA. of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JOHN J. FINNERTY, LORETTA D. FINNERTY, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, LES CHATEAUX CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION AT PELICAN MARSH, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 6 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6-101, LES CHATEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2200, AT PAGE 0474 THROUGH 0575, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
