Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 27, 2008, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK 197, GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO 6., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 131 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on September 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
