LOT 1, BLOCK 25, OF LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1E, VILLAGE 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9007 IRON OAK AVE, TAMPA, FL 336473280; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 16th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
