THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 531 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4222 E HENRY AVE , TAMPA, FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 12th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
