Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 5, 2011 in Case No.: 2011-CA-002295-B in the Circuit Court for the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which David Walters and Carolynn Walters as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Daniel James Walters, Deceased, George Corbett, and Nancy Corbett are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on Septemeber 12, 2011, at 2:00 PM to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, the following described real and personal property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
LOTS 745 AND 746, MAP OF RUSKIN CITY, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
