Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 6, 2010 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-024944, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN E. BUTLER; LAURIE BUTLER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 pm on September 6th, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, in Block 37, of Unit 16, Town N Country Park, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, at Page 63, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
