NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 04, 2011 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-015791 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HLLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILSON SARCHI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN SARCHI are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING , Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, Tampa, Florida, 33602 at 10:00AM, on the 16 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
