THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-S&D3 is Plaintiff and GUERRYSON TORRES A/K/A GUERYSON TORRES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUERRYSON TORRES A/K/A GUERYSON TORRES IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the GEORGE E. EDGECOMB COURTHOUSE ON THE 2ND FLOOR, IN ROOM 202, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL, at 2:00 p.m., on the 12th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
