NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28th, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-23772, Div. : H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Trapnell Ridge Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Edwin Garcia and Nancy Ortiz-Garcia, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 02 day of September, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 3, TRAPNELL RIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
