NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2010 CA 015261, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff, and MYRNA B. SANCHEZ, ISRAEL SANCHEZ, BANK OF AMERICA, NA AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DELTA EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida 33602, on the 6th day of September, 2011 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, BLOCK OF WOOD LAKE PHASE 1, UNIT NO.2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 9117 Post Oak Ct, Tampa, FL 33615.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
