UNIT 12-204, BLDG. 8 OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED 05/03/2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14953, PAGE 1630, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUCH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME; SUBJECT TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2005 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT YEARS; ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS; AND ALL RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS AND MATTERS OF RECORD.
