The East 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, less the North 300 feet of the West 150 feet of the West 150, less the North 33 feet for road right-of-way and less the East 150 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 290.4 feet of the North 323.4 feet thereof, all lying in Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and the best bidder or bidders for cash in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida in room 202 at 2pm, on the 15th day of September, 2011.
