LOT 6 AND 7, BLOCK 3, PARK WEST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3616 West Cherry Street, Tampa, Florida 33607, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on September 15th, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
