NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 12th, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2007 CA 012005 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, as Trustee for MLMBS 2007-1, Plaintiff and LORENA FERREIRA, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM , September 22nd, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
