NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004363 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 503, Building Y, SARASOTA SURF AND RACQUET CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 896, Page 784, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Page 45, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of September, 2011.
