NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 26th day of July, 2011, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2008-CA-004479 NC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on September 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 35, THE PRESERVE AT MISTY CREEK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 28, 28A, AND 28E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
