Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 2, 2011 in Case No.: 09-CA-012042-NC in the Circuit Court of for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Ralph A. Vitale, as Trustee of the Pine Meadow Land Trust U/A dated January 17, 2006, Michael T. Johnson, Wilson's Cabinet Shop, Inc., State of Florida Department of Revenue, State of Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Office, Clerk of the Circuit Court Sarasota County, Florida, Pine Meadow Association, Inc., and Unknown Parties in Possession #1 and #2, n/k/a Tracy and Bill Sutton, are Defendants, on September 2, 2011, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Clerk's website for on-line foreclosure sale conducted at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla.Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 28, Pine Meadow Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 17 and 17A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 4:00 p.m. on the day of sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the recording of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
