NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale filed July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007605 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD P. BONNER, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 341 VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or theron, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
