NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011236-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Brendan D. Jordan a/k/a Brendan Jordan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M., on September 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B2, las casas, section i, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, as recorded in official records book 1730, page 1035, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, as recorded in condominium book 23, page 15, and amendments thereto, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
