Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on August 1, 2011, in Case No.: 2009-CA-020937 NC, of the Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and GARFORD TONY HILL, individually and JEWEL M. HILL, individually, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash public sale on Tuesday September 6, 2011 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 5, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at the following described property, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
