NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004699-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and THOMAS CAMPBELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; BUNKER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAN LOCKE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
