NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005052-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BRANKO PERISIC; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANKO PERISIC N/K/A JANE DOE; TUSCANY LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 33, BUILDING 5, TUSCANY LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004070012, AS AMENDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 36, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
