NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24TH day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013118 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 AM on the 2ND day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 13, BLOCK C, OYSTER BAY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
