NOTICE of public auction
Notice is hereby given that on September 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Cosby Investments Inc. DBA AAMCO Transmissions, 2228 N. Washington Blvd. Sarasota Fl 34234 the following vehicle will be sold for $2,800.00 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2005 Doge VIN#2D4FV48T15H159861. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $2800.00 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Sarasota County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
