NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007467-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Florida First Escrow Company, as Trustee For The 4529 Humanitarian Trust Dated January 1, 2002 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, LESS THE SOUTH 6 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 17, BLOCK 13, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 191, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
