NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-019530-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOHN JOSEPH TORPY, JR. AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN TORPY, DECEASED; JOHN JOSEPH TORPY, JR. INDIVIDUALLY, MARY ALICE TORPYTARA ANN TORPY AND DEBRA JOAN TORPY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; GARY AND GELOSO ENTERPRISES, INC.; HUDSON OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are conducted at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00am on the 13th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1, of Hudson Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1735, page 486, and all amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, at page(s) 29, 29A through 29F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
