NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Re-Setting the Foreclosure dated August 2, 2011, and entered in 08 CA 018705 NC DIV of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is the Plaintiff and ABEL MUNOZ, ESTELA A MUNOZ, CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on September 6, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 7, 7A THRU 7E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
