NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-4097 NC of the Circuit Court of the twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans, inc., Plaintiff and christopher soviero, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9AM, on the 9th day of September 2011, the following described property:
condominium unit 205, building 12, admirals walk, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in instrument number 2005102528, as amended from time to time, of the public records of sarasota county, florida.
