NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed __July 29_, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021622 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and MARGARET DILLON; RAFAEL A. GONZALEZ; DEBRA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CBNJR, INC. D/B/A AIR MOVERS STRUCTURAL DRYING & CLEANING SPECIALISTS; VISTAS ON BENEVA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of __September_, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 600, VISTAS ON BENEVA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004132741, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 7, 7A THROUGH 7E, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO; ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
