NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed February 25, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-013768 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and RICARDO TRIAS; MADELINE TRIAS; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN POSSESSION; FAIRWAY COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOBCAT TRAIL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A THE BOBCAT TRAIL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, INC.; are the Defendants, KAREN E.
